<div>Subject: Optimising Culture of Collaboration and Learning </div><div>
My name is Vicki Arnold. I am pursuing a Masters degree in Digital Health Leadership at Imperial College London. I am conducting a ‘promising practice’ study for my dissertation. The study aims to examine how to optimise the culture of collaboration and learning to tackle complex, or wicked, problems.
<div>You are invited to participate in this study. Understanding how Digital Health Canada members have built trust, shared learning and supported each other through the COVID-19 pandemic is an important consideration for designers and leaders of healthcare in the UK.</div><div>
If you agree, you are invited to:
<div>• Complete an online survey of 10 questions. It should take you less than 5 minutes to complete. </div><div>• Participate in a possible follow-up interview. One-to-one interviews will be conducted during May and June 2021. They will last no more than 30 minutes and be held virtually (using Teams or Zoom) at a mutually agreed upon time. Interviews will be recorded for transcription and coding and you do not have to answer any questions you do not want to. If you do not want to be recorded, handwritten notes will be taken. </div><div>
Participation in this study is completely voluntary. Your identity as a participant will remain confidential at all times. If you have any questions about this study or your possible participation, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you for your consideration. If you wish to participate, please follow the link below to begin the survey.
